— About this trip

Cannes, Antibes & Saint-Paul-de-Vence

While most visitors from Nice head east toward Monaco, the western coast of the Riviera offers something less crowded and in many ways more characterful. Cannes, Antibes, and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are three entirely different places within forty kilometres of each other, and together they make for a genuinely varied half-day.

Cannes is famous worldwide for its film festival, but the city itself – the Croisette seafront, the old port with its gleaming yachts, and the narrow lanes of Le Suquet – is worth visiting on its own terms. Antibes has one of the best-preserved old towns on the coast, a Provençal market that runs most mornings, and the Château Grimaldi where Picasso spent a productive autumn in 1946. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is perhaps the most beautiful medieval village in the region – its stone walls and winding lanes unchanged for centuries, now home to galleries, fountains, and the Fondation Maeght, one of Europe's finest modern art museums.

Hotel Pickup

Your driver meets you in the lobby at the agreed time.

Cannes

Walk on the La Croisette promenade,  with views of the old port and Palais des Festivals. Explore the narrow medieval cobblestone streets of Le Suquet hilltop neighborhood;
