Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • No cancellation fees apply during this period.


2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are generally not eligible for a refund.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), partial refunds may be considered at Nice Airport Taxi’s sole discretion. Supporting documents may be required.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • To cancel your booking and request a refund, please visit our Cancel Booking page or contact our Customer Support.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, within 5–10 business days of approval.


4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any additional services (e.g., child seats, special luggage requirements) canceled less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

  • If you fail to appear for the transfer (a “no-show”), the transfer cost is non-refundable.


5. Changes to Refund Policy

  • Nice Airport Taxi reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
